Antivirus that a small IT team can actually run.
My Cloud Security Partner is cloud-managed antivirus and endpoint protection for European businesses. One console for every laptop, desktop and server — deployed in an afternoon, monitored around the clock, billed per seat with no multi-year lock-in.

The platform
One console. Every endpoint.
Windows, macOS and Linux devices report into a single web console. You see what is protected, what is out of date and what was stopped — without logging into anything device by device.
Fleet overview
Every device, its protection status, definition age and last check-in on one screen. Filter by site, department or operating system.
Policies, not scripts
Scan schedules, exclusions, USB rules and web filtering are set once per group and applied automatically to new devices as they enrol.
Alerts that matter
Detections, repeated failures and offline devices are surfaced by email or webhook. Routine noise stays in the log where it belongs.
Servers included
File servers, terminal servers and virtual machines run the same agent with tuned exclusion sets, so backup and line-of-business software keeps working.
Remote deployment
Roll out by Active Directory, Intune, RMM or a one-line installer. Devices outside the office are managed exactly like the ones inside it.
Reports for auditors
Monthly protection and incident reports export to PDF or CSV — the evidence insurers and auditors ask for, without assembling it by hand.
Protection
Layered defence, not just a signature file.
Modern malware arrives encrypted, packed and often unseen before. Signatures alone no longer catch it, so each layer below covers what the one before it misses.
Detection engines and threat intelligence are updated continuously; agents pull updates automatically without a maintenance window.
-
1
Signature & reputation scanning
Known malware and known-bad files are stopped on write, on execution and on schedule.
-
2
Behavioural analysis
Processes that mass-encrypt files, tamper with shadow copies or inject into system binaries are halted and rolled back.
-
3
Web & phishing filtering
Malicious and newly registered domains are blocked at DNS and browser level, on and off the corporate network.
-
4
Device & application control
USB storage, unsigned executables and unwanted software are governed by policy rather than by user discipline.
-
5
Isolation & recovery
A compromised endpoint can be cut off from the network with one click while the incident is investigated and cleaned.
Why us
A partner, not a licence reseller.
Plenty of vendors will sell you keys. We take responsibility for the outcome: the fleet is deployed correctly, kept current, and someone answers when something goes wrong.
European data residency
Console data and telemetry are processed in EU data centres under GDPR/AVG, with a data processing agreement provided as standard.
Dutch-based support
Support in Dutch and English from people who know your environment — not a ticket queue in a different timezone.
Onboarding included
We plan the rollout, tune exclusions with you and verify every device reports in before the trial converts.
Honest commercials
One price per endpoint, VAT included, billed monthly. Cancel with [30] days' notice — no multi-year contract to escape from.
Pricing
One plan. Everything included.
No tiers to compare, no feature held back for an upgrade. Prices include VAT (BTW).

4. Our role when you use our software
When we deliver endpoint protection to your organisation, your organisation is the controller for the personal data on the managed devices and we act as processor on your behalf. Those activities are governed by a data processing agreement, which we conclude with every customer and which is available on request at support@mycloudsecuritypartner.com.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website is a static site and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting and security provider to keep the site available and to mitigate attacks; these are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act. [If you later add analytics, a chat widget, embedded video or advertising pixels, add a consent banner and describe those tools here.]
6. Sharing with third parties
We share personal data only where necessary, with categories of recipients including:

- the software vendor(s) whose endpoint protection technology we deliver and operate ([vendor name(s)]);
- email, CRM, ticketing and accounting providers used to run our business ([list providers]);
- professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement. Where a transfer outside the European Economic Area is unavoidable, it takes place under an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where required.
7. Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: [12] months after the last contact.
- Customer administration: for the duration of the contract and [2] years thereafter.
- Invoices and financial records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Security and detection logs: [12] months, unless a longer period is needed to investigate an incident.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, logging and regular patching. If a personal data breach occurs, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority and affected individuals where the GDPR requires it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise these rights, email support@mycloudsecuritypartner.com. We respond within one month. We may ask you to identify yourself so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
10. Changes to this policy
